These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Stafn, an iOS app developed and operated by Durell Blanks ("we," "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Stafn, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Stafn helps you build and track personal goals ("trackers") made up of daily tasks you define, based on templates we provide or ones you build yourself. You self-report your progress; Stafn records it and shows you your history and streaks.
Stafn is a self-tracking tool, not a medical device, fitness program, or professional advice service. Nothing in the app — including template names, task suggestions, or streak mechanics — constitutes medical, health, nutritional, or fitness advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting any new exercise, diet, or health-related routine, especially one modeled on a demanding program like "75 Hard." You use Stafn, and any tracker you create or follow, at your own discretion and risk.
You can use Stafn anonymously at first; some features — backing up your history, purchasing the unlock, syncing across devices — require creating an account via email. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Stafn is intended for users 13 and older; if you're under the age required by the laws of your country to consent to use of a service like this on your own, please don't use Stafn without a parent or guardian's involvement.
Stafn's free tier includes up to 2 active trackers and is supported by ads. A one-time, non-subscription purchase (currently $10) removes ads and unlocks unlimited trackers — a single purchase, not a recurring subscription, so you're never charged again for it. Purchases are made through Apple's App Store and processed by RevenueCat; all billing, receipts, and refund requests are handled by Apple under its own terms and policies. We don't have access to your payment details and can't issue refunds directly.
You own the trackers, tasks, and check-in entries — including any free-text notes — you create in Stafn. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, back up, sync, and process that content solely to provide the service to you. We don't use your content for any other purpose, and we don't claim ownership of it.
Don't use Stafn to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with the app's normal operation — including attempting to bypass the purchase/unlock mechanism or reverse-engineer the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Stafn name, design, curated templates (like the "75 Hard," "75 Soft," and "Dry January" trackers), and app content we provide are owned by us and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the app. Custom trackers you build from scratch remain your content under Section 5.
You can stop using Stafn at any time; deleting the app doesn't automatically delete your account or data (see the Privacy Policy for how to request deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service, with notice where reasonably possible.
Stafn is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost — back up anything irreplaceable (Settings → Export everything).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Durell Blanks won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Stafn, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $10 if you haven't made a purchase.
We may update Stafn or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Stafn after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
If you have a concern, please contact us first at dblanks322@gmail.com — most issues can be resolved directly. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the courts located in the District of Columbia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
